We Take the Word "TEAM" Seriously

Since the 1970's, Jere Van Puffelen and Paul Van de Roovaart have served as leaders, pioneers and mentors in the warehousing and logistics industry on a national level as well as regionally throughout Northern California. We started our company because we saw real benefit for our families and for our clients, in owning our own business.

We can be more agile and responsive to customer needs when we own and control the business, which is really a win-win for everyone

Jere Van Puffelen, President

'Can-Do' Culture from CSRs, Forklift Operator, IT to Owners,

And we've learned since founding Prism in 1993, that our people really are our most important asset. It's the commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement in each and every one of our people that has built our reputation for integrity, quality service and partnership you can trust over the years.

Our people work to become an integral part of customer teams, and are so good at it, that customer colleagues are sometimes surprised to learn they're not employees of their company!

Skilled individuals working in tandem as a team builds business success for all of us.
